Emmanuel Amunike dragged to court over sale of Nwakali to Man City
Nigeria’s Flying Eagles coach, Emmanuel Amunike is set to appear before a Lagos High Court over the sale of Golden Eagles starlet, Chidiebere Nwakali to Manchester City.
Amunike is being dragged to court by a former Enyimba player, Dominic Egbukwu and French-based agent Oliver Noah of Noga Sports Management for selling Nwakali to the EPL side after he had already given them the mandate to negotiate the player’s transfer.
The Nigerian U21 team coach, who is the owner of Emmanuel Amunike Soccer Academy, will be facing the court alongside the President of the academy, Monday Godwin.
The case comes up for hearing on 10th of March, 2016.
