EPL: Manchester United Humiliates Leicester City

The Red Devils scored all four goals in the first half at Old Trafford as they got back to winning ways in the Premier League with Wayne Rooney named on the bench

Manchester United got back to winning ways in the Premier League in sublime fashion as they smashed champions Leicester City 4-1 at Old Trafford.

Captain Wayne Rooney was dropped to the bench as Chris Smalling opened the scoring for United, before Juan Mata doubled his side’s lead by finishing off a lovely move.

The Spaniard set up Marcus Rashford shortly after and Paul Pogba made it four with his first ever goal for the club from Daley Blind’s corner.

Leicester did pull a goal back, though, as Demarai Gray guided an ambitious effort into the top corner in the second half.
