50 Cent Ordered To Pay Rick Ross’ Baby Mama $5 Million For S£x Tape Leak
The Manhattan Supreme Court has ordered US rapper, 50 Cent to pay Lavonia Leviston, Rick Ross’ baby mama, $5 million in damages for uploading her s£x tape to the internet in 2009.
According to a report on New York Daily News, 50 Cent will pay $2.5 million of the sum for “violating her civil rights for using her image without her permission,” and another $2.5 million for “intentional infliction of emotional distress.”
Leviston’s lawyer originally sought $20 million total in damages.
Though absent during the court proceedings, 50 Cent has denied publishing the tape online. The tape however undeniably features the rapper in his “Pimpin’ Curly” outfit providing commentary from start to finish.
