Mr. Buruji Kashamu a Senator representing Ogun East Senatorial district may have been caught in the act of shortchanging his community using constituency as a cover.

Buruji in 2017 nominated N26 million in th National budget, a deal he said will be for Erosion/Flood control along Sagamu-Odolemo road.

Despite Buruji claim to execute the contract, the state government has taken over the project execution while Buruji continues to pretend to be the one implementing the project using constituency project as a cover.

Worse still, the Senator nominated the project again in 2018 and inserted N30 million for it.

A Senior Tracks official told WEST AFRICA REPORTERS (WAR), although the road is currently being constructed by the state government, Buruji has gone ahead to nominate the same project as his constituency project under the 2018 budget.

WAR could not speak to Buruji for explanation as his phone number was switched off.
