Delta State: Rape In The Palace Of Idumuje-Ugboko!
Some of the several atrocities committed in the palace by this cabal includes the gang rape in early August 2016 of Princess Chidinma Nwoko a 15-year old daughter of HRM Obi Albert Nwoko who was defiled and raped in Idumuje-Ugboko Royal palace. She was blindfolded and gang raoed.
Members of the family and their agents and privies concealed the crime from public knowledge, secretly took the poor girl to St. Joseph’s Hospital, Asaba where the girl was on medical treatment for over two weeks before she was discharged.
Her hospital Case Note at St. Joseph’s Hospital showed her Reg No. at the hospital situate at 142, Nnebisi Road Asaba, Delta State was 3688/16. Her records equally read she underwent an Abdominal Scan test at the Ultrasound scan centre of the hospital. 0n 9/8/2016. Her laboratory report form with Lab No. 2078 showed she had another test on 17/8/2016, while her drug chat showed she discharged on 31/8/2016. This little girl has lived with the psychological trauma of this evil violation of her womanhood.
These cruel souls rather than handling over the culprit to the appropriate authority to face the law organized a kangaroo secret family court and fined their suspect four (4) goats for themselves and another one hundred thousand (N100,000:00) Naira to be paid back to Prince Chukwunonso Justin Nwoko as cost of his medical expenses for the girl’s treatment. The poor girl was left to suffer humiliation and psychological trauma. Her biological father the Obi (king) was not told about the crime which goes to show that the rape was pre-arranged by the cabal in the palace
The case was not reported to the Law Enforcement Agents contrary to Section24 (E) of the 1999 Constitution, Section 59 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Cap C22 of Delta State 2006 and Section 88 of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, 2015 which made it a duty on every citizen to report crime to Law Enforcement Agency. Until 20th September, 2016 the rape issue was brought to the knowledge of the public a law abiding citizen, wrote a letter of complaint dated 20th September 2017, to the Commissioner of Police Delta State Command for an investigation into a case of Compounding Felony. To Wit: Rape. Re: Concealment of Rape of a 15-year old daughter of the Obi of Idumuje-Ugboko Princess Chidinma Nwoko at the royal palace, Idumuje-Ugboko.
When Prince Mbanefo Nwoko learnt that the matter has been reported to the Law Enforcement Agency and two suspects have been arrested, he went to the police to protest it was a consensual sex agreement between two adults and the Umu-Omorhusi family have handled it and fined the culprit. The question is why settle and why fine the man and not the two if it was consensual?
When has consensual sex between two adults become an offence that family can now handle secretly and fine the male partner? Which section of the law prescribed so? Prince Chukwunonso threatened the girl never to speak to anyone about how she was raped. For a long time, this poor girl lived with the psychological trauma. And when she eventually opened up and spoke, she and her siblings were thrown out of their home in the palace. What a wicked world.
The International Federation of female lawyers were invited into the matter. Interviews were conducted and upon prevailing on the police, the two suspects arrested were charged to the magistrate Court, Issele-Uku. Till date nothing has come out of the matter and the young victim is crying for vengeance
The girl, her mother and other siblings were abandoned and throne out of their home in the palace to finally conceal their evils.
Why did Prince Chukwunonso chase the queen and her children from the palace. She was the first wife of the late king to come from Idumuje-Ugboko. The tradition requires that both parents of any future king must come from Idumuje-Ugboko.
Chukwunonso Justin Nwoko’s mother is from Ubulu-Uku. Remember the crisis in Ubulu-Uku Royal family. Remember that the first son whose mother is from Britain was not allowed to succeed the father. Idumuje-Ugboko has the same tradition. It was for this reason that Obi Albert supporters insisted that he kust marry an Idumuje-Ugboko woman. She bore him seven children including Prince Uche Nwoko.
What has happened to her and her children? Where are they? We can tell you that Prince Ned Nwoko started providing for all of them from that day to date. Three of them are at the Novena University and others are are in secondary schools. All Prince Chukwunonso Nwoko cared qas to be king by hook or crook. Chasing them away was to get rid of any opposition from within.
