11 defendants were arrested in Los Angeles as part of an 80 man criminal sindicate engaged in multi million dollar scam that engaged in BEC scams, romance scams and other online frauds.
It is one of the largest cases of its kind in USA history. They hacked email accounts to convince individuals and companies to make bogus payments.
