Hulk Hogan’s Sex tape to be Played in Court
Hulk Hogan‘s sex tape, which is at the centre of a lawsuit with Gawker, will be played in court when the case goes to trial.
The wrestling legend – who is suing website Gawker for leaking partial footage from the illicit video in 2012 – faces potential embarrassment as members of the jury will be shown footage when the case goes to trial in March 2016.
According to documents obtained by RadarOnline, Florida Circuit Court judge Pamela Campbell has determined the footage will be shown to ‘the jury, the parties, their trial counsel, and court personnel’. The X-rated video won’t be shown to members of the public gallery, however.
The scandalous footage features the former WWE legend, having sex with Heather Clem, the ex-wife of his former pal, DJ Bubba.
