Maradona Shows Why He’s The Ultimate Bad Boy By Lighting Up A Cigar In A No-Smoking Stadium
During his playing days, Argentine football legend Diego Maradona was known for his enfant terrible ways. But fans didn’t mind, especially when he helped his country win the 1986 World Cup through the infamous ‘hand of God’.
Thirty-two years later, he’s back at his trouble-making ways: while in the crowd to watch Argentina take on Iceland, Maradona decided to take a smoking break by lighting a big fat cigar. The only problem was, it is prohibited to smoke inside any of the stadiums used for the Russia world cup.
Since when has Diego Maradona known to follow the rules?
He didn’t have the opportunity to gloat though- Argentina struggled to a 1-1 draw against lowly rated Iceland. Maradona couldn’t have been impressed; at least he took the team to the finals at Brazil 2014.
