Nigerian Boxer, Anthony Joshua Defends His Heavyweight Crown By Stopping Eric Molina in third Round
Anthony Joshua blew Eric Molina away in three rounds to set up a showdown with Wladimir Klitschko.
Klitschko was ringside with his manager Bernd Boente to see Joshua at his destructive best.
Joshua was too powerful for Molina as he successfully defended his IBF heavyweight title to make it 18 pro wins out of 18.
Dillian Whyte remains the only fighter to trouble Joshua and Klitschko is sure to be a tougher proposition than Molina when they meet, probably on April 29 at either Wembley or the Principality Stadium.
Joshua sized Molina up in the first and took no risks in a sign that he respected Molina’s power. The Mexican-American wobbled Deontay Wilder and Joshua was not going to rush in gung-ho. He still managed to clip Molina with a jab as he used his superior reach.
